Once your order leave the warehouse we will notify you by email along with a tracking number. We will not be held responsible for any delay on shipment done by shipping companies. For any concern on your tracking details and your parcel whereabout, you need to contact your local shipping companies.

Shipping Within Malaysia
All orders within Semenanjung Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak are shipped using PosLaju / Citylink / Gdex. They delivers within 2 – 5 business days. Signature will be required when you received the parcel. All orders are charged includes the shipping cost. Please take note that tracking number will be given once posted. NO REFUND or EXCHANGE if the parcel returned to us due if customer not available by the time parcel delivered. Also buyer has to top up shipping cost again if parcel returned to us.
